We offer a regularly changing menu, which includes an eclectic range of dishes promoting regional and locally sourced produce. Our starters are offered as bites or £4.5/£6 “normal “size. This allows people to pick and choose tapas style, trying all of what our menu offers.
With their great product knowledge our staff can guide our customers in their culinary decisions.
We have an ever-changing cocktail list, a broad and accessible champagne list, a comprehensive wine list and a gantry stocked full of classic and rare spirits.
We take a unique approach to our wine list by offering all 44 wines by the 175ml glass, 500ml carafe or by the bottle. We conduct blind tastings with the customers, promoting smaller boutique wines and more unheard of varietals.
The Bon Vivant was opened in August 2008 by Stuart McCluskey with an idea to create an environment that was similar to those found on the continent; where dining is often informal and casual yet of a very high standard.
Our food philosophy is a selection of simple but well executed dishes that focus on flavour and quality produce. We do as the Europeans do, eat small but with thought.
Whether you fancy a bottle of Champagne, a pint, or a wee dram with friends, The Bon Vivant aims to cater for all tastes.
We are open 12pm – 1am. – Food served daily 12pm – 10pm.
